PROCELLARIIFORMES

Birds in the order Procellariiformes live in and very near to the oceans. They can be experienced by visiting almost any coastal state in the U.S., especially those on the Pacific and Atlantic proper (they are more rare on the Gulf Coast). Hawaii, and the Papahanumokuakea Marine Sanctuary of Trip 12 will be the focus but you could potentially experience them in Trips 2, 3, 5, 7, 10 and 11.
