The order of Cuckoos. As of 2024, 9 species of Cuculiformes have been observed in iNaturalist in the US and 143 throughout the world.

Turacos and Go-Away-Birds are not native to the U.S. but to Africa. Observations have been made of "wild" turacos in Key West but these have likely been released/escaped pets. As of 2024, 23 species of Musophagiformes have been observed in iNaturalist throughout the world.
Trip 6 provides the means for experiencing turacos and go-away-birds at several of the zoos on the trip.

The Bustards have moved from the order of Cranes to their own order, Otidiformes, which is more closely-related to cuckoos and turacos than to cranes.
