Following the Oregon Brewers Festival in Trip 5, the Santa Ynez Valley in California offers another chance to experience the results of fermentation. The selection of this site, as opposed to the Napa Valley in Northern California, was inspired by the movie Sideways. Plus, this area is on the way to the next site.
